Ryan McGinley (born 1977)

Born in New Jersey, USA, in 1977.

She studied graphic design at Parsons School of Design in New York, and after graduating, she gained attention for her works that captured the raw reality of young people's lives.

In the pre-social media era, he self-published a photo book titled "The Kids Are Alright" (a private edition) featuring his friends as subjects. This photo book became a hot topic in the art world and caught the eye of a curator at the Whitney Museum in New York, which greatly advanced his career.
In 2003, at the age of 25, he held a solo exhibition at the Whitney Museum of Art, becoming the youngest person ever to do so. He instantly gained recognition as a rising star and one of America's leading photographers.

His work is characterized by his skillful use of light and nature, capturing the free and energetic moments of youth. In 2007, he was selected as the "Outstanding Young Photographer" by the International Center of Photography, and in recent years he has also been active in the fields of portrait and fashion photography. They have demonstrated their diverse talents, including directing music videos and creating album artwork.
