A collection of seven silent comics (comic books without words), each with a theme of one of the seven colors that make up the rainbow: red, yellow, indigo, orange, purple, cyan, and green.

This is an extremely sensual book that uses color as a "compositional scale" to weave a story through rhythm and space.

In each chapter, colour emerges as a state of consciousness, a fragment of memory or a physical sensation, quietly unfolding an inner world.
Depicted here are delicate relationships with others, gestures of kindness, and wordless silences shared. The ellipsis-rich sequence leaves ample room for interpretation for the reader, allowing them to overlap their emotions, memories, and dreams across languages and generations.

Maria Medem's minimalist yet vibrant graphics alternate between filling and void, repetition and change, creating an almost meditative rhythm for reading. Each time you turn a page, you are encouraged to stop, feel, and go back and forth, and the drawings themselves function as an autonomous language.

This book is published by Fidèle Éditions, which pursues modern and sensitive comic expression, and is the third collaboration with Maria Medem, following ``Échos'' (2018) and ``Cedars'' (2021).
