Dejà-vu No. 7. This 1992 issue features "Silent Landscapes" with a focus on photographic works by Hiroshi Sugimoto, Hitoshi Fugo, Tadashi Yamamoto, and Emmet Gowin, along with a dialogue between Shusaku Arakawa and Keiji Ueshima titled "Regarding Silence."

The issue includes Hiroshi Sugimoto's "Twelve Seas," Hitoshi Fugo's "Flying Frying Pan," Tadashi Yamamoto's "Aleph 2," and Emmet Gowin's "Photographs 1986-89." These photographs, each using a different approach, evoke a sense of tranquility, space, and the presence left within landscapes. Gowin's work also adorns the front and back covers.

Other contents include essays by Koji Enokura ("Interference"), Yasuo Kobayashi, Inuhiko Yomota, Shunji Ito, Toru Ohira, and Kojin Karatani, as well as Kazumi Kurigami's serialized feature on Shibuya and Udagawacho. This single volume intertwines not only photographic works but also multiple perspectives on photography criticism, art, and urban life from the early 1990s.

Kotaro Iizawa served as editor-in-chief, and Naohisa Tsuchiya as art director for Dejà-vu No. 7, a quarterly photography magazine edited and published by Photo Planet and released by Kawade Shobo Shinsha.
